Again, you're free to associate hair color with whatever you like, but you can never really know anyone's thought process but your own and I dont think your opinion should influence other people's actions. I personally think the green color in OP's picture is too saturated and that a higher value would look nicer and I might tell someone planning to dye their hair that's it's high maintainence, but I would never try to stop someone else from doing it.

I think yall are just making too big a deal out of nothing. Hair color is not important enough to be considered socially outrageous when it's some other color. It's nice to Experiment and even if the person dying their hair ends up not liking it they can always just cut it off.

I've seen colored hair look good on a few guys who were already pulling off very good punk or gothic looks.
The vast majority of people I see with colored hair just look like slovenly degenerate rejects with identity issues. So unless you're actually good at alternative fashion, you should probably avoid hair dye.
