My advice would be to

1. start by wearing mostly neutral colours (black, grey white)
2. get pants that actually fit well (literally otherwise you will look like a tryhard)
3. in fact just make sure everything you're wearing fits well and is not shit quality
4. buy some black leather shoes or boots. I pair of black sneakers vs black docs or something will completely change your aesthetic

The style you posted is pretty much what I wear every day and its quite easy. A big part is just grooming yourself and making sure your clothes fit properly thats all. Don't be a numale who doesnt groom themselves or care for their skin or health and then wears a sweater over a collared shirt with khakis or jeans that dont fit.

What makes them look distasteful in the pics posted here is that they are committing one of the two common mistakes: the pants are too cropped so skin is visible (you can show a lot of sock with this style, but showing skin just like bright, or white coloured socks you also mentioned creates a visual break). So, think "material" more than "attention." Colors should be neutral or earthy, and patterns should be bold and simple. I would say leather really marks a refined-look, but again, it should be within the realm of practicality. Just for example: wear dark, tailored trousers (pleated or not), a solid polo or a button up longsleeve, and matching belt and shoes. Only wear a jacket, hat, shades, etc. if necessary. I weigh something around that range and I'm like 5'11" (so I'm even skinnier than you), and believe me you look way better with form-fitting clothes than baggy stuff. For years I was buying big clothes trying to hide my frame which just looked cringy as hell, I can't even look at pictures from that period without feeling the embarrassment.
Once I started buying actual skinny people's clothes I started looking way better. Rock the body you have or gym up and change it. There's a lot of cool looks you can do with a slim body, guys might think you look like a fag or something but girls are actually kinda into skinny dudes now. Find a store that does extra small men's or unisex clothing and go nuts.
