Good news, I sperg'd out pretty hard on these and have learned a lot about them. These are completely made in Russia, with in house movements. Most of the world will ONLY be able to order directly from the factory or online retailers that have them. These are cheap, durable and relatively easy to use. Already owned and sold an amphibia and opted to buy 2 of the cheaper models. These things are absolute tanks and great conversation pieces.

Try meranom or ebay to start. Almost all sellers will be weeks out. My last one took roughly 5-6 weeks to arrive.

Vostok is the brand. Amphibia and Komandirskie are the two major brands. Amphibia being the diver models that are 100-200m water resistant and the Dirskies are much cheaper manual only models 25-35 USD usually. Amphibias are 60-80 usually.

I have this version of that watch. Honestly it's sort of a shitty watch.

Cool. I think there’s a lot to appreciate in these old Ruskie watches, especially if you can find a manual in decent condition. Sad I can’t find one I really like the look of, they’re really quite interesting and unique.

I had a Vostok Amphibia Zissou which I absolutely loved but it broke sadly. I've got an Orient Ray II on a strapcode President strap with a diver extension clasp and a SARB033 now. F91W as a gym watch.

Gonna give the Amphibia to a friend who will hopefully get it repaired and love it like I did.

I'm a G-shock guy but recently I'm getting hooked on military-styled watches. Stuff like Seiko 5 and Timex expedition.

Kinda saw myself larping like a rhodesian soldiers with short pants, brushstroke/OG jacket and an Uzi. Uzi's pretty expensive so I've had to make do with keltec carbine

Glows without having to use a hand, tells me the time an date, on a band that doesn't soak up my sweat and smell like death. Think it was like 16$.

>>13304019
I had a Timex camper for about 13 and I JUST retired it because the band was starting to fall apart. 10/10, would recommend.

been trying to find a smartwatch that is /fa/ and relatively future proof. I haven't been able to find one that meets both needs.

that's easily the ugliest smartwatch

This guy is right. A smart watch is a piece of disposable technology that will be outdated at best and unusable at worst in a few years.
