I've used a pair of uncaged as my beaters/runners for the last 6 months or so. Pretty decent, what someone else said about the rubber wearing down is true but it you hardly notice it. If you want to try them for running you should be ok but they're kinda pricey and you might be able to find better value in another shoe.

Hypebeasts like them because they are comfy for all conditions and there's tons of colorways, besides kanye sporting triple whites or creams. If you want to torture test them, i.e long distance or hiking, get some all terrain ultra boosts. They have a thicker outsole and I think they're water proof.

I'm genuinely confused when people hype up how comfortable these are. Like, they're fine, but it's not some earth shattering experience compared to huaraches, better air max, or any retro runner/lifestyle shoe with decent midsole tech.

And I have about a dozen different boost models, so I obviously like them, but they're talked about like they're the only option for comfort. Are the flag wavers in this thread strictly comparing them to vans and boots, or do you guys have a broad (50+, let's say) sneaker selection, and the UBs are the significant, clear cut victor after a day of normal use?
