Be lean. Not skinny, muscular with low bodyfat.

I'm 6'1" and a few years back got sick and dropped to 110lbs. My Jaw looked model tier, sunk in, perfect. I got better and started lifting went on a huge bulk. I hit 205lbs and was a jawlet. Chubby cheeks. I wasn't fat, I was muscular and bulky. I then dropped all sugar/salt/sodium and cut my bodyfat percentage down.

I am now 180lbs lean with a great jaw again. It's not easy, it depends on how much you want it.

If you just wanted to be skinny you could achieve it by eating little but my diet is a regular bodybuilding one. Lean meats, clean carbs, only good fats, vegetables. I eat around 2400 calories daily with around 2020g protein.

I don't eat anything with sugar, no sweet stuff and I drink soda only on a weekend (if drinking) as I still do drink alcohol but about once every 2 weeks. The rest of the time I only drink water.

It's not super strict like some pro bodybuilder but for normal people I guess it is. I am lean though, look good, great skin, youthful and healthy so it's worth it to me.
