Cardio is shit tier for fat los.
I weight 85 kilos and a 10 km run burns nearly exactly 1000 kcal. A kg of bodyfat has around 7000 kcal.

So to loose 1 kg u would need to run close to tso marathones without eating more than you would normally which is very unlikly as much cardio will give you insane hunger for carbs.
To loose wait HIT is goat. Something like crossfit or swimming sprints.

Not everyone on /fit/ wants to bulk up. Read the /fit/ wiki, lots of good info there. I'm in the same boat, skinnyfat trying to lose weight. Start counting calories, do more cardio (or HIIT like the other guy recommended), and eat less carbs and processed foods. And just never take fizzy drinks. It's not that hard if you aren't obese.

The thing I get complimented on the most are my really light hazel eyes. They're pretty bright and in the right light they look pretty gold. Is it too faggy to get really subtle coloured contacts to brighten them up a little so they seem a bit more gold? They're only like 20 quid so I can't see the harm in trying it atleast.
