I found Cheap Monday to be decent and Uniqlo's own jeans are supposed to be great for the ~40€ price point too. Were you asking about the 512s? I'd try to ask in stores for a cut like them or if you're not, just trying on different pairs regardless of price point. Fit is the most important aspect of pants imo.

Fellow skinny guy here. H&Ms jeans fit me well, especially their slim fit and skinny jeans. Standard price for them is 30€ but if you go to the clearance racks you can usually find them there in the smaller waist sizes for 10 to 15€
