Here's a ring I had made up. I wanted a small rectangular turquoise silver ring that was masculine but not too chunky. When it was finished I asked the guy to scrape up the exterior the way he had done to another ring on display. Most foldable knives are sold with a clip on the side so you can suspend it from your trousers. Just slide your cash and cards into that and grip your knife when you go out in public.
