I feel great this morning.
I couldn't sleep much this night and had a massive headache, so I drank a teaspoon of salt in my water and it helped alot. This morning I drank another one and I don't feel dizzy or weak at all, my body is probably full on ketosis now. I don't feel any hunger what so ever and don't even crave things anymore. I always lose weight in my stomach and my legs in general even when I lose just one or two kg. And my ass looks like a boy's ass now too. While my sister for example can get below my weight/BMI (we are about the same height anyway), and her legs, stomach and hips look about twice as large as mine. This may be a strange question, but what would be the optimal body composition to appear as androgynous as possible (as a male)? About 1000 cal a day on average. Had a lot of binging/fasting episodes that kinda hindered my progress. I jogged for the first one or two months until it was too cold. Plan on starting again soon.

This desu. I took Adderall for a while but over time you get used to it and it doesn't work as good, then when it wears off you get super hungry. It's just not really sustainable. Maybe if you cycled it or something, but, that's really playing with fire.

That's what I do. I eat between 12pm and 8pm. I try to push the lunch back a bit and the dinner forward as much as possible, but work makes that hard. I work with my dad and I'm on his radar for an eating disorder so I can't be too dramatic.

That's the thing: OMAD is actually easier once your body gets used to it. Your cells get sensitive to insulin and you'll actually get less hungry then when doing 16:8. Those 16 hours generally aren't enough to sufficiently deplete all your stored glucose.
Just tell your dad that it's scientifically better for your body to eat one meal and make sure you eat a lot in that meal in front of your dad.
