switched my routine from simple lush products with neutrogena/spf moisturizer to paulas choice cleanser & exfoliant and i've been breaking out bad.

recently bought some snail mucin to fade the scaring. this is really sad i wanted this to work for me so bad but i might just go back to using angels and bare skin.

i don't think it's my skin purging either it's been 3 weeks...

You should try reading. Try looking up how testosterone affects skin thickness, or sebum composition. Or the sex differences in acne, dry skin, dermatitis, and rosacea. And learning what skin disorders are caused by pregnancy, and what issues women can get during periods and menopause. And how differences in body hair and its composition affects grooming and skincare.

you may also even learn why it's more important for women to use sunscreen

A facial cleanser... get this.... "cleanses" your facial skin!
This means it gets rid off all the dirt and garbage that collects inside your pores that you won't normally get to with just some water and a washcloth which keeps your skin young and healthy!

Also use a fucking moisturizer afterwards, of course your face will feel dry immediately after you cleansed it, that's perfectly normal no matter what your skin type is like.

After I apply an ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

However my latest order isn't in my mailbox despite being over 7 weeks since it shipped from Japan.

Is Canadian customs keking me up along with fellow Asian mail shipments? Or did the customs seize my item because it's a sunscreen with unapproved sunscreen ingredients in Canada? I hope the dumbass seller didn't declare it as sunscreen.

have you taken a look at what type of foods you have been eating?
also, if it really isnt working you should consider going to doctor

>>13246807
i dont think you can get rid of them, only slighty fade and prevent them
perhaps your skin is dry too.
retinols and anti aging creams are great.
spf is must, sun causes wrinkles

tried cutting out sugar and dairy but it's fucking impossible, how do you do it?

the only way to truely cure acne is from its source -- internally

cutting out sugar is really hard but if you don't eat it for weeks the cravings go away. after months of no sugar, stuff like 99% cocoa chocolate bars and even broccoli started to taste sweet to me. im back eating sugar now unfortunately.

for dairy, switch to an unsweetened plant milk. cashew is my personal favorite. soy has the most protein and it doesn't affect your hormones, that's a meme. vegan coffee creamer, yogurt, cheese, etc is more available than it used to be and not that much more expensive than the real stuff.

I don't think there's anything you can really do for male hormonal acne other than use topical treatments.

What do I need to do stop having oily skin after shaving? I'd like to go for the clean shaven look but I only shave like once because of this, I always get an awful shiny skin full of bumps after shaving
And yes I shave slowly to avoid cutting my skin with the razor.

Is there treatment options for acne scarring? I took accutane when I was younger and it mostly stopped my acne, but it left a lot of scarring and blemishy skin

topical niacinamide, topical vitamin c, retinoids, and chemical exfoliants all help. those can all be done at home. dermatologists have treatments you can go in for (microneedling, laser therapy, etc) but they'll cost a lot of money. remember to be religious about sun protection.
