okay yeah my hair is shit and has been for too long. I was hoping it'd get more volume but my greasy Mediterranean genes betray me. Advice thread is dead. Pic related on the top is what my current hair does if I'm outdoors for 5 minutes, bottom pic is what I want it to be like. The wind fucks me up massively because it's a humid environment and my hair is naturally fine and dry. I've tried paste to keep it in place but I would need to use half the jar for it to have any effect.

What should I do? Honestly just considering a cut but my oval face shape really doesn't complement shorter styles. I think my hair looks genuinely good when I've just showered or had headphones on for hours, but once I step outside it looks fucked and I notice people staring.
