I almost cried looking in the mirror today. I'm still 20 pounds from where I want to be, but I'm doing so well. Someone told me I had a bangin' body and I guess I agree? I've been lifting weights while cutting/running, and my butt looks great, my arms look great, and my waist is tiny.

Recently to my horror i ran my fingers through my hair where i discovered a smooth bald patch on the top of my head (femanon) it is the size of around an australian 20c piece.

your 1k should be made of high volume, low calorie, nutrient dense food. lots of vegetables, dark leafy greens, and fruits should be the base. you also need protein. chicken breast, cottage cheese, and Greek yogurt give you a lot for not too many calories. you can add chia seeds or ground flaxseeds to the yogurt to make it more filling and add fiber. fiber, protein, and fat are satiating especially combined. simple carbohydrates are not satiating and you'll be hungry soon after you eat them.

you probably know this already but drink water in between meals and during meals. sips between bites. seltzer water can be helpful.
