They just keep your drinks very cold. I like the quality of the bottle too. The coating on the bottle is also great at preventing the bottle from sweating. They also offer quite a few sizes for your needs.

Best thermos I've ever owned. I fill it with coffee around 5:30am and it's still too hot to drink at noon, so I have to keep it open a bit for it to cool down.
