If you are anorexic or bulimic, please see a doctor. Make sure you get the right nutrients your body needs in order to stay healthy. Cutting back calories and doing cardio is fine, but unhealthy dieting will make you look gross and possibly dead.

Everyone is aware that hitting 15bmi isn't healthy at all and there isn't shit you can do about it, also anorexia is mostly used as a bussword, anyone underweight will get tagged as anorexic even if said person doesn't suffer from the distorted perception that the trully sick who hit bmi11~ do. Anorexia literally describes anyone who /wants/ to be under the arbitrary 18.5bmi or whatever other local reference system your country uses, it doesn't differentiate btween those compulsive(BDD) and those just in for the asthetics.

Whats your bmi? if you're already too slim or too chubby these won't help, otherwise avoid squats, lunges, leg curls, stiff-legged deadlifts, leg extensions and calf raises, do elliptical trainer, bike be it stationary or the real thing, low inclination treadmill and try to stay at 70-85% of your maximum heart rate while doing so.

Also if you decide to run outside isntead of on a treadmill avoid irregular and hilly terrain otherwise it'll be pretty much the same as the variable run on a treadmill, which stimulates a lot of muscle growth.

But if i missunderstood you and you want to be at a low BMI and just have the fit legs, then i imagine you'd just need to add leg curls, squats or something, but, i personally never did squats on any real intensity and frequency because i'm quite happy with my 33cm thighs and don't want any muscles on it.

Well, then don't go agressive on it, keep your body fat at over 7-8% if you really care about those extra years, but, besides that as far as i know fasting won't affect it much and you can hit 17, probably 16 bmi with some 7% body fat, just, you know, do an autopsy or DEXA/DXA to actually measure your body fat and go to an actual nutritionist.

I have had a really bad problem with being "skinnyfat" so I'm currently "bulking" and trying to build muscle, which I'll follow up with a cut. How do I determine what weight I stop at?

Now - the reason I'm not asking fit is that my end goal BMI is around 16.5 (fairly high but low by normie standards) and that I don't want to go over a BMI of 19.

Where you stop while gaining mass won't change much as going from a muscly 18.7 with low fat (12-15%) will just make you lose a lot of muscle when you decide to lose weight, so, you're better off focusing on aero and cardio to lose body fat isntead of getting actual muscle mass.

Getting /fit/ already decreases your body fat level, the thing is that once you're at some 15% it becomes pretty much impossible as your body and hormones just don't want to give up on that fat. Man can go up to some 7% before having that problem.

Because it isn't supposed to? cardio is mostly endurance exercises, they help getting lean, not strong. Also if you do enough of it while thining you'll be able to run a marathon while on 15bmi, i almost did it after a few months doing 30minutes treadmill and fasting, so, you know, you don't need to be half dead and incapable at lower bmi's, cardio helps with that. Aerobics help a lot too on not being half dead after you're done.

I feel like this is highly dependent on the person. I get vertigo and orthostatic hypotension and they get worse the lower my weight and the lower my daily intake, which makes it difficult to keep up the same level of cardio and aerobics.
Also, at a bmi of 15-15.5 I was already having health problems not related to endurance level so I don't think it would be realistic for me to go lower than 16.

I usually have 2 meals a day.
I'll eat something like a chicken wrap, or chicken and rice, etc at around 12-1pm.
For dinner, I usually just eat a lot of meat, and some vegetables and potato wedges (if I'm eating at home). If I'm out, I just avoid fried, salty or greasy food.

I lost 20kg since September, now at 56kg. Mostly just caloric restriction and some jogging (before weather started being too cold). I mostly eat pic related, which is basically Czech version of soylent, around 1000 calories per day. My drinking and sometimes binging on junk food kinda hinders my progress but I'm still fairly satisfied with it overall.
I'm probably gonna lose another 5kg since my legs are still kinda thick and there is still some fat on my belly.

That end was kind of extra agressive, just realized it. In any way at 24bmi you shouldn't cut your diet to under 3/4 of your TDEE for your first week or so, after that you can probably go down as you feel, just, you know, don't go much past 18/24/36 hour fasting cycles, otherwise it'll just be inneficient as your metabolic rate drops together with your insulin levels.

And if you're doing over 24h of fasting get some salted juice at 12h, 24h and 36h mark if doing 36h cycles, but move the juice cycle to 16h if you choose 48h fasting cycles or 24h if you go for 72+, but, seriously, increase amount accordingly, which, i honestly can't help with due to it being dependant on a lot of small shit you'd have to take exams to and i'm not a professional, just a random ana anon.

For salted juice my personal mix is at 1g salt and 16g sugar/litre, which, i know, it sounds like a lot of salt but i live on a tropical country and, even then if you're in for long periods of time taking 1g of salt a day isn't nearly a problem as you aren't getting any other source of salt. But you could always just cut on the salt ammount. Also the ammount of sugar(16g) is more than enough to increase your insulin levels midday to avoid your metabolism going slower for the day. I usually take it 500ml a cycle but i've seen anons who do way more than that. Also water, drink water the fucking entire time, you'll need it, dehidratation also slows your metabolism and slows fat and muscle breakdown. Getting gatorade and similar is alsoa option but i personally find that they have way more sugar than i'd usually take.

Not sure about Adderall, but I am prescribed Ritalin. When I wake up I take my extended-release capsule which is the equivalent of being on 20 mg of Ritalin constantly for about eight hours. After those eight hours, I am prescribed another 20 mg of short-acting Ritalin to get me through the end of day. It I take my Ritalin after 8 p.m., I am unable to sleep, however, I am prescribed something to help me sleep. The internet says about 5 mg of Adderall equals 10 mg of Ritalin, not sure whether it is really possible to compare both though.

If you are not diagnosed with a disorder concerning your ability to focus et cetera, I really would not suggest taking stimulants like Aderall and Ritalin. It does decrease your appetite, and it can do so really well that you simply forget to eat for hours on end. However, if you are just going to randomly take a stimulant for weight loss, it will probably cause the opposite effects. Once it stops working, all the effects are almost immediately gone, and you will feel less motivated/positive which causes severe mood swings. And obviously then the hunger returns, but it is twice as bad, risking you to binge. Also because without the stimulants you feel like complete shit. You become addicted to it easily if your goal is losing weight, as you will notice the effects and (ask to) increase the dosage or the amount of pills to keep the same feeling. Being permanently on Ritalin for years now for ADD, even I can barely live without it. If I do not take my capsule in the morning, I literally fall asleep during the day. Please consider all the risks, especially when you know little about medication and what you are actually taking. And if you are too thin already, please just stay away from stimulants unless you want to die.

That aside I drink absolutely no soda or gatorade (and similar beverages) what so ever unless they are 0 calories kinda like vitamin water zero. By low fat/carb intake I mean I avoid rice/bread/pasta etc... at all costs except for brown rice in very small quantities; about a total of 3 table spoons (cooked) no more than twice a week. I don't eat sweets/candy/dessert or anything like that as sugar in general fucks too much with my skin, don't put sugar in my tea either. I've been munching on rice crackers, hummus dip, wheat thins, turkey and cheese sandwiches but in large quantities, (half a box of boar's head hummus dip with 7~8 crackers then go for a turkey sandwich in one sitting) this happens twice a day sometimes. I'd be working on a paper for example and just keep eating till I'm done. Same goes for munchies after smoking. I also tend to get up at night every other hour feeling ridiculously hungry so I eat whatever I have around, I try to drink water to satisfy the cravings but it doesn't really work.

How do you keep your calorie intake so low without feeling that you're starving throughout the entire day?

As far as i understood you aren't actually fasting, so, if you eat some 500cal on a chicken breast and greenies meal you shouldn't feel hunger at all for at least some 10-12 hours. If you do, thats a problem as you ate a 250+ grams meal and still feeling hunger, so, you're probably eating out of compulsion as at 21bmi you aren't really fat and shouldn't have a huge bloated stomach.

Also, if you're fasting the same goes for it, if you can't fast for 12 hours, thats a problem, everyone healthy can and does it through the day, which is why everyone here even suggests the 12-18-24 progression on fasting for the really compulsive as its a natural start.

I was doing so well yesterday. I had 1100 calories. Today, I had everything perfectly planned and had 1000 calories. Then I fucked up and had an undetermined amount of grapes which I completely forgot to count. :'( This threw me off and I over ate. I had pringles, a slim jim, and some vodka. This means I'm at 1600 calories, REEEE.

I'll try again tomorrow, and I'll try to plan carefully. I'm considering doing a fast, but fasts always cause me to over eat on the day after so I'm not sure if that's a good idea.What do you guys think?
