A decent dress shirt and dress shoes if you're going to need to dress up at any point in the near future.

Pick your shoes/boots/jacket well. It's not elaborate, but you're going to look fine. Your next step is to acquire a second t-shirt and another pair of pants so that you can do laundry without going naked. Build from there.

Not bad for a basic wardrope, but swap the grey button up for something like blue, and add some shoes that aren't sneakers.

-White oxford shirt (not a dress one)
-white/grey henley (simple tees are too boring for me but you can go with that too.)
-Grey/black crewneck-sweater

Bottoms:
Black jeans and blue jeans. Fit depends on preference but I'd go with slim or skinny fit.

Shoes:
-White sneakers like Stan Smiths or Comeme Projects
-Brown-ish shoes. This is a really varied category, as it can vary by model (Monk straps, chukka boots, chelseas) and material (leather or suede). Again, depends a lot on your situation.

As for outerwear, I'd get a peacoat, leather jacket or blazer depending on the weather, the look I'm going for and what situations I find myself in.
