Steam it for it to drain gently, get a cloth and pour some warm water on it, check to make sure that it's not gonna burn your face and then place it on your face while you relax. The heat will open the pore, allowing the fluid to escape.

If you wanna make it dry up you could use salt water as well (water + warm water), or just do a workout that makes you really sweaty (cardio)
