Try to eat some vegetables if you can, soups are ok too...yogurt, water, tea, small and frequent meals are good. the endoscopy is not painful but you'll probably gag a bit and burp a lot (they inflate CO2 in order to see the stomach). Not a medfag but you probably need to state your height, first off.

Second, I've been in these threads for a long time and overall being /thinspo4lyfe/ is about managing it. Get your weight down SLOWLY so you don't get malnutritioned, even super thin people have a reasonable TDEE so you can eat healthy and get the nutrition you need but you have to be smart about it. A calorie is a calorie for weight loss, but when it comes to being healthy AND thin you need to choose your food wisely so you can eat less than everyone else but still be healthy by getting nutrients you need. For thin people, the cookie isn't bad only because it is lots of calories, it's bad because if you eat too many cookies you won't have enough room within your calorie goals for all the healthy stuff you need. Also as you get to really low weights, make sure to listen to your body and also GO SLOW. Yeah -500cal is the classic weight loss number, but when your BMI is super low just do -250cal deficits and lose slower but healthier. Not like a few months really make a difference anyways.

And when you do eat, since you haven't wasted your calories on the bullshit earlier, you can have a real meal and not feel like you are depraving yourself.

When I was trying to lose I did OMAD mostly, just a big dinner at 7-8pm.

Now that I'm maintaining I do lunch around 2pm and dinner around 7-8pm. I'm not super strict about it, but around those times. I find pushing that lunch a bit later makes a huge difference. I make sure not to snack inbetween lunch and dinner, and lunch is zero carb. I do this more for energy reasons than for weight control reasons, because when I don't have any carbs at lunch my energy levels are much more even. Dinner I eat whatever I want within reason (I don't eat a lot of desert, and if I do have some it is a very small amount just for a taste, I don't binge drink, I try to eat a wide variety of food, etc but I otherwise eat normally).

Yes, exercise increases your TDEE. You'd take the calories burned during exercise and add it on top of your sedentary TDEE. You can use fitbits/garmins/etc to give you a reasonable idea or use estimations. Obviously the better your data the more accurate your results but you don't have to get ultra scientific about it as long as you aren't doing anything extreme.

Weigh yourself every morning after you pee and shit and before you eat anything, then every Sunday take the average of the week. Don't pay attention to the daily numbers because water weight will cause those to fluctuate too much. Just use the average on Sunday or whatever day you choose.

Also remember your period can cause some bloating, you probably know more about your cycle than I do but keep in mind how you hold water at various points in that. Basically, don't freak, just look at averages.

The most surreal craving/binging/dieting experience I've ever had was driving around for an hour and a half at 3 in the morning to at least 11 different 7-elevens all over my area looking for Trix. I wanted nothing more than Trix in that moment and I knew that any other food would be so disappointing that I would lapse into a binge. I ended up driving home and staying up until 5 am when my local grocery store opened to buy a box of Trix.
I wasted about a fifth of a tank of gas, I didn't binge, and my god that first bite of Trix in the morning was like a hug from daddy.
Epilogue: I still have that box of Trix in my house and I haven't wanted any since then lmfao.

I recently went to college and of course the freshman 15 is a thing. The dining courts have terribly unhealthy food and alcohol is can be taken into account too. After the first semester I've gained 5-10 lbs and its pretty shitty. I'm still skinny but not as much as i was before.

How do I avoid puffy face? I gained a lot of weight since I was on entrance exam period, I am now free so have come back to sports and shit but the thing I notice the most is not my actual body, but my face. It looks really really puffy compared to like 4 months ago, besides losing weight, which I want to lose at least 10kg of, what types of foods should I avoid?
Maybe have a morning routine? face mask? anything helps.

Also I'm living in Japan so I only have access to Japanese food for obvious reasons.

Posted about a week ago here about reaching my goal weight of 125lbs (18 BMI) after a starvation diet, and how to return to normal eating.

I've been suggested by two Anons that I need to slowly creep back up in 100 calorie increments, so 1 week of 800 cals every day, then 1 week of 900 cals every day, 1 week of 1000, and so on.

I finished four days of 800 and now I'm down to 121 lbs (underweight). My skin on my calves and feet and my knuckles is starting to look really dry and scaly, despite me drinking a ton of water every day. The skin around my eyes is also starting to get a strange red aura around it.

I'm starting to get a little scared... I feel like I'm in some kind of danger zone for eating this little every day for a whole week, much less the 6 weeks it's gonna take to get back up to 1600 a day. is there any other way to do this? Or do these problems not have to do with the diet?

your TDEE is probably like 1900 calories if you are the least bit active. 1800 if you lay on the floor all day. If you are losing still really fast then go to 1800 and see if everything levels out.

The whole "add 100 calories" or 200 or whatever is just a technique people use as they approach their goal so they figure out their actual TDEE to maintain. But if you are losing too fast by all means bring it up faster.
