Anom try getting 1.67 or 1.74 High Index lenses and stick with smaller more rounded frames if possible. I work in the industry but I know warby parker does this the cheapest atm

If your distance vision is fine or needs very minor correction you could always try progressives
You can have your sph done plano and then just add you add power for reading. This wil give you a reader that you can wear constantly without any issue to your everyday distance vision

Your Rx would be considered a single vision plano, where we make no corrections whatsoever. This allows lens makers to still cut a more quality lens and add quality coatings
Typically you dont need an Rx to order or purchase Plano lenses as there is no correction
