What do you eat for breakfast?

For me, breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. So many great variables, and I tend to 'spoil' myself first thing so that I feel satisfied for the rest of the day.

My go-to is oats. I used to have 1/2 cup oats to 1 cup almond milk but now I've been trying to cut down only to 1/3 cup.
Also I'm curious to know, if anyone else has oats for breakfast, how do you sweeten/flavour yours?

Sometimes I cook mine with a little bit of peanut butter with cinnamon and nutmeg and then cut up some banana on top.

I also like a teaspoon of cocoa powder in it with a few frozen berries, and top it off with some chia seeds.

As for sweeteners, I'm still not sure which is healthier (I don't use stevia).
Sometimes I use honey but I find the taste to be a bit overpowering.
Lately my go to has been Rice Malt Syrup.
Otherwise I just have a teaspoon of brown sugar.

>> No.12856428

Why do I feel so weak and nauseous?? The nausea and migraines are the worst.
I eat 800-1400 calories per day - so not too little.
I only work out 3X a week but I walk for at least an hour each day.

I eat much more than other girls and am barely active yet this week I feel like I got hit by a bus.

>> No.12856444

I use pretty much all the same things you do; cinnamon, berries, almond milk, etc. I've never tried cocoa powder though, I can't imagine eating something that tastes like chocolate for breakfast. I want to try honey someday but I'm too lazy to go buy any.
I don't want to make my oats too sweet because I feel like I get hungry faster when I eat sweet things.

cal restriction was like
>is it time to eat yet?

I'm out of theories then. Dizziness is caused by a lot of things: toxins that diffuse through the BBB, hypoxia, oxidative stress, pCO2 and pO2 variations, vestibule alterations, and the list goes on. But due to your context I'd say it's purely because brain's metabolism. Brain cells use glucose as fuel, and under chronic hypoglycemia conditions (i.e. /thinspo/ diet) several changes in your metabolism start to happen. These changes are not fast at all; muscle, liver, brain and adipose tissue all work together to maintain your glycemia. These changes include your brain using ketone bodies instead of glucose as fuel, which produces couple of toxins (due to ketone bodies metabolism) and oxidative stress.
This is my last theory about your condition.

I'm also 5'4" and my face started changing around 55 or 54kg, from 61. I'm ~52 now and my face is still a bit chubby, but I have actual cheekbones and shit now, and one of my mom's friends said that my face looks thinner now, so it's at least a bit noticeable. You might just carry more weight in your face, or you might have a face shape that doesn't look much different either way.

Fat distribution varies from person to person, but if you work out your fat loss will be more noticeable. the goal isn't to build muscle but to get lean as shit.

cycling is good for this because it's easy to create long periods of calorie burning, and you won't build up as big of leg muscles like you would when running because running is more damaging to the muscle tissue in your legs.

side note: hit me with some bowiepics

at least for me, male /thinspo/ is about lean but visible muscle on a thin frame, which doesn't nicely map to weight because of the different densities, so consider what you want to look like, and how best to approach it. you can do that now or when you hit 135lb, but it's very easy to be too hard on yourself, just be aware of that in your appraisal and maybe post pictures of yourself for some common-sense
as an aside, what are guy's workout routines here? I've been doing bodyweight stuff because legs aren't worked, but it feels inefficient

Imagine if you went to the hospital and the nurses and doctors couldn't talk about you.
I have the added issue of needing a "free" dietitian so I would have to see one at the university.

It's more like I'm at a crossroads with basketball. Discovered how difficult this was last year stay strong guyz.

My family used to be so against me being veggie and not accommodate at all like they would roast potatoes in goose fat and put ham stock in vegetable soup (not that I cared) so all I could eat really was a big plate of vegetables and bread. then my brother decided to be veggie too and now they do a full veggie spread for us and i now have no excuse.
