for the jacket I really can't say anything but try on a ton and make sure they don't exaggerate your legs like the one you posted does. that one looks boxy and enhances your chest/waist area a lot. I have wide shoulders too so it can make for weird fits, just try a bunch on cuz there's nothing i can easily recommend unless you can afford some slp lol. try some japanese brands, and see if uniqlo has any casual wool/synthetic jackets because they cater to a smaller/skinnier population
