Dressing "well" is not especially hard, anyone with an eye for color and contrast, and who can pick up the basic rules for when various kinds of clothing is appropriate can dress "well." Where /fa/ gets into trouble (or at least questionable territory) is when they try to make fits unique or stylish, but break the fundamental rules in the process.
