It looks good on Janet and Hov here because they have fitting tops that flatter the form. I can see this working today if people adhere to those rules, but outside of that I hope baggy, over sized clothes in hip-hop and streetwear never comes back into style. It was shitty in the late 90s and all through the first decade of the millennium. The pits of youthful urban fashion imo. I cringe at old photos of my self, no one looks good in a 3x t-shirt.
