So a cord collar like that is not exclusive to but often a sign that the jacket you're looking at is a Lee Storm Rider. Storm Riders are/were more of a range of jackets than a particular jacket.
(For instance, some sherpa jackets had a Storm Rider label)

My storm rider was made by Lee Japan some time ago. Lee 101 put out a run of storm riders more recently but they weren't as good. eg. The denim was poly cotton and they didn't have the cool label.

So the three places you might look are Rakuten, Etsy and eBay.

I may pick up a larger second-hand one soon, myself.
