honestly man you personally will never look good just by restricting.
It's mostly your build, you have stumpy legs and a bone structure that won't look good skinny.
You have low muscle and by restricting you're just gonna get more and more skinnyfat.
You need to start lifting properly and eating at maintenance at the least. You won't get fat trust me.
I know this because I was in a similar position to you and I tried to do the same thing, you'll spend ages trying to lose weight and because you're already low weight with little muscle it will fucking take forever and you'll be eating fuck all. You'll never look like majority of the thinspo like:

It seems like you're bottom heavy, your legs are slightly bigger than your upper body and you possibly have wide hips like me but it's hard to tell from the angle. If you look at the thinspo thats posted here that's never the case, they're always either proportional or are slightly top heavy. I don't recall where I started quite frankly. I fell for the depression meme and involuntarily got to 58 kilos at one point and that's where my concern with weight came to be.

I then got on medication and over the course of a year or so reached 68 kilos; it's safe to say I will never consciously consume that fucking garbage again.

I'm currently 63 kilos. I realized the ordeal of shit my medication elicited and quit cold turky in December 2016, and would IF and consume 200 cals daily, without knowing IF was a thing.

Then around the same time I came accross "Therapeutic Fasting" and that's where I established the regimen >>12373019

TLDR I technically became officially involved in December/January and got from 68 kilos to 63 kilos currently, at least last I checked the scale.

I've read keto would make me feel satiated all day, get rid of tongue thrush, and potentially help with joint pain. It'll be pretty hard if you regularly eat with them. But you can always claim you had breakfast/lunch at school, dinner's more difficult but if you have a car or after school stuff you can use that as an excuse. A week is pretty difficult to pull off, but I've been able to go 3-5 days in the past without them noticing.

Is it a good idea to try and lose most of my fat before focusing on gaining muscle? I've been doing weights for the past year and a half with my friend. Whatever you want dude just read nutrition labels.
If you really are totally nutritionally ignorant: meat, cooked in oil. Nuts. Veggies for nutrients. It's not like you need to completely avoid carbs though, Really it does not matter as long as you maintain a caloric deficit. it's just helps to be aware the fats and proteins will leave you more satisfied, because hunger will annoy you early on (though after a week or so of good habits you will adjust).
Thinking about dieting as some arbitrary restriction on what foods you can and can eat is totally unnecessary and a great way to kill your drive and fail.

I got really fucked when I was put on quetiapine, later on also olanzapine and mirtazapine. one of the shittiest psych meds concerning increased appetite, and beside that these had little to no other effects on me beside sedative effects.

some months ago my psychiatrist also put me on methylphenidate (ritalin) and it has been the only med which produced positive effects I was ever given, and I have tried many so far. little to no hunger throughout the day, more energy, easier to stay focused and perform tasks and I even feel as if I am more social and talkative. such a pity it is a rather big cost to me.
