Okay so I'm very limited activity wise, I was in an accident where I can't walk because one of my ankles has no joint movement and I also have severe arthritis. I found out the secret. I had to discover it the hard way because i don't have friends and don't read anything longer than a couple sentences.

I lost a year for nothing. I was being anxious about gaining weight, so I exercised but stayed at 1500 calories! This is retarded. No wonder I had no gains for a year.

You have to eat and don't worry about body fat! The muscles are gained amazingly easy! Just eat correct! I can now easily get to Fight Club mode.

Fun fact: I never exercise the abs. Also, I never do any cardio. Fight Club Mode is easy af. Little effort. All you need is the correct diet. I wish someone told me this. Or made me hear this.

I've always been thin my whole life, I've never tried to be thin, I've never been able to gain more weight. Doctor says its over active thyroid, I'm 5'10 and 107 lbs, my whole life everyone's called me anorexic and have told me my weight is unhealthy and it gross. Over the years I've gotten more comfortable and confident and no longer feel bad when fatties say those things, but t still hurts sometimes. Is everyone made fun of for being thin? Expiriences? I remember being in sixth grade at a school camp we all went to for a week, and this short obese old lady went out of her way to force feed me and tell me how unhealthy and thin I am, she literally made me eat more food than anyone else.

Has anyone else developed severely bad habits as a result of their restricted eating?
I am 122lbs, 6 foot I am trying to get down to 100lbs as I feel this is more natural so I am eating 1000 calories per day and doing hard cardio.
The problem I have is that the lack of food is making my paranoia get worse.
I keep thinking everyone is against me. I have started buying cream, chocolate etc and using it to write messages on my floor about how people hate me and want me to be fat etc. Its only so long before I can't clean the stains or before I binge and eat the food. Again depends on your metabolism. But, if you're severely restricting you caloric intake cutting can (depending on your genetics) be to your determent. Unless, you're already physically fit and your metabolism is in check. Still, I would eat a 500 calorie deficit max.
