Depends on the seller. Normally you can ask him to declare the value of the parcel below your tax threshold and avoid taxes. No idea what value that is in Norway.

In my experience, parcels shipped by federal post services don't encounter taxes, while pretty much everything shipped by private companies will cost you import taxes and other fees.

Even a good portion of /fit/ gets skinny at first; look up cutting. It's better to take it easy on the weight lifting at first and just focusing all of your energy on cutting calories. Why? Because if you focus on building muscle mass, then you're going to probably start eating even more calories than you do now. You'll more than likely end up being a bulky fat guy who has to buy special clothes because nothing can fit him. It starts with cutting calories.

1. Figure out your BMR. (The base amount of calories your body burns if you were to exert no physical energy in a day).

2. Subtract 500 calories from this.

3. If you plan on doing cardio, then find a work out calculator for your exercise which computes how many calories you burned, and then add however many of these calories you want to your calorie total (I add 75% of the calories burned).

4. Cut out sweets, potatoes, breads, sugary drinks, etc. Only eat green vegetables, yogurt, and lean meats.

In my opinion, you can do weight lifting while cutting, but I solely focused on eating right and combined that with push ups, sit ups, and pull ups to maintain definition.

It's best to fix your health problems at the source first, and then using your improved diet as a foundation to build muscle. Secondly, the skinny fit jeans that I bought after cutting only look better now since squatting, etc. You won't be able to wear the nice clothing you have now if you were to just bulk up, but you could wear much of the same clothing purchased at a BMI of 20 after bulking up from that BMI level and make it look even better.

tl;dr: It's not that clear-cut. Most people with a nice body focus on cutting (decreasing calorie intake) and engaging in body weight exercises first, and then bulk up by doing more weight lifting whenever they reach a desirable BMI.

Any way to fix a slightly dented toebox on Meme Smiths? Got a pair from an eBay seller, but this nigga didn't pack them properly and they got fucked up in shipping - he refuses to take them back after I wore them for a day to see if the crease would even out (and claimed I was trying to scam him after I mailed them back and he saw they were slightly dirty on the bottom), so I'm stuck with them. Toebox isn't permanently dented, but the leather is 'loose' in that barely any pressure will cause the toebox to dent compared to how stiff the other shoe is at the toebox.

Hey guys,

Could those who have/had oily skin post their routine and products they've had success with? I would greatly appreciate it.

I've been struggling to find products and a routine that I will stick with and sometimes I feel I fall victim to the mistake of applying too many products at once that then irritate my skin more.

Also to clarify, the correct product type order is:

1. Cleanser (usually done in shower with Cetaphil gentle cleanser))
2. Toner (I use Witch Hazel)
3. Exfoliate (I use the red Stridex SA pads)
4. Moisturizer (I use Cerve sensitive skin lotion)

Thanks for any feedback guys

>> No.12387055

hey i dont have oily skin but i'll share with you my various routines as i think they're pretty good

the only product i use is la roche posay's effaclar cleansing gel. It's a great product, will probably help your skin. I also recently received this clinique electric face brush for a xmas present, i never knew they even existed and laughed when i got it, but it's pretty incredible, though if you have sensitive skin it may not be so helpful, what i would recommend you do is taking "Scottish showers" whereby you shower like normal, then turn it as cold as possible for a while when you wanna get out. It's really good for your health but even if you just wet your face, it'll do a world of good, and for me it means i have a specific time in my day where i can apply stuff to my face, clean it, then kind of "reset" it with cold water, so that no dirt is gonna get in until my next shower. You might hate the cold showers, i treat it as a game where i punish myself, it gives you an enormous adrenaline boost in the morning which leaves me grinning before going out.

but yeah you shouldn't over apply to your face, your body will clean itself a lot naturally, try sleeping with a towel at night if you sweat, and if your face gets oily, just wash your face as if you were sweaty, no biggie
