Yea, when i first started i took 20mg everyday for 2 weeks and the effects diminished but so far the on/off works well enough.

I also drink 250mg of caffeine with it I forgot to mention which enhanced the effects

The switch is mainly to reset tolerance, and reassure myself im not addicted.

I also take magnesium glycinate when i take it which apparently helps with tolerance, but it also helped with jittery feeling, its stilp there but not as bad.

I do not eat healthy of follow a diet, nor exercise. Well, I walk a bit, ride my bike once a week... month. Just started eating less during the day partly because of meds. I used to eat a shitload, I just never realized it before. When I lose weight now, I feel as if I still eat quite a lot though.
Sometimes I relapse during the evening however, or an entire day or several and binge on food. Then afterwards I just eat less again, but fully conscious this time, and am back at my initial weight in a matter of days, if I really get myself to just stay in control.

I never really explored any other methods properly, because what I did simply seemed the easiest way for me requiring little effort and it worked surprisingly well (I have lost 12 kg so far, I think). But if I would like try to something else, what would you guys would recommend? Which method worked out the best for you? Small note that I do not have the possibility to purchase anything crazy, however. Heck, even fruit is damn expensive compared to other things.

I've watched a bunch of Jason Fung videos, but still have a hard time realizing his "calorie isn't a calorie" argument in my own diet. I've tried avoiding carbs nearly completely (less than 5g per day), combined with moderate protein intake and extremely high fats - and I lose weight doing that, but not work than normal calorie restriction.
