I would ask fit but they would give advice for making all the wrong kinds of gains

Run, bodyweight exercises (pressups/situps/pullups)

You can't acccidentally becomes "too buff," if that's what you mean. That shit takes years of hard work.

20 pushups
50 situps
1 minute plank
1 minute mountain climbers

3 times a day

it's not an easy answer. its a combo of adding muscle mass while keeping your body fat down, which is basically the harder thing to do in the general umbrella of bodybuilding.

as for particular workouts, work your chest and arms(triceps/biceps) but dont get puffy wide arms. basically jared leto aesthetic.

its more about eating than exercising.

keep low body fat first and foremost, then focus on gaining muscle

Read this:

The article goes over different ab exercises measuring their muscle activation and whatnot and gives a science-based work out for abs.

these are really bad, OP. Doing situps won't give you abs; this is well-known. Hop on an actual bodyweight routine like pic related if you want any results at all, and make sure to eat clean and up your protein intake. You're probably fat so eat less while you're at it.
