I feel like a scowl looks small and begrudging
it minimizes your lower face and maximizes your forehead. Even one unconvinced looking eyebrow already gives you an aura of scrutiny and authority while enhancing the balance of your face.
and of course it's easier to look down on people if you jst readjust the fulcrum of your perspective back a few degrees, depending on how tall you are please tell me you're at least 6'2
