I'm not that fluent at US sizing conversion, sorry, but I'd def say take whatever is US11 if you're 11.5 to 12 in regular sneakers.

problem is, that US sizing is not unified between shoe brands.

Anyways, if 45 Svenssons fit you right, go with 45 Raf.
