thinspo please diet safely. being thin doesn't automatically mean that you look good, and it isn't a clear indicator of health either. it is much more rewarding and fulfilling to lose weight the right way and the healthiest way for your body type and personal dietary needs. you should never eat a cookie and then feel like shit for hours/days afterwards. that my friend's is a sure sign of an eating disorder. I've been there. it's not fucking worth it. for your sanity and quality of life. it only gets worse.

The fiber in the vegetables/fruits help keep you full. You can also just take the blender with you and drink it throughout your day.

Because of how much fiber is in kale, I can eat very little throughout the day. A huge bonus is I don't suffer from low energy or anything because of how nutritious these shakes are. This actually allows me to burn even more calories while still feeling great.

Seriously there's nothing wrong with going for a certain physical aesthetic, but do it right and don't torture your body by depriving it of it's natural needs.

I typically try to get as much leafy greens in my shake as I can get away with, because fruits are pretty expensive in comparison.

50% Vegetables
Kale
Spinach
Carrots

Blueberries
Blackberries
Avocado or Banana (for smoothe texture)
Any juicier fruits (pineapple, kiwi, cantaloupe, oranges, honeydew melon, etc)

I add a bit of chia seeds, a small scoop of Macro Greens, and also raw honey to taste.

I keep it pretty flexible, it mostly depends on what's on sale at the grocery store, but I almost always include leafy greens, carrots, and berries, as they are the most nutrient dense ingredients.

Do you work out? You're probably skinny size-wise and likely bony but feel like you are "normal" sized because you have an average body fat percentage. You should try integrating more strength training and cardio and you will look both leaner and healthier at the same time. People are less critical of skinny women when they have a decent amount of muscle.
