I work over night and tend to go to sleep when I get home at 6-7, but I have a hard time getting to sleep when I'm hungry and the past couple days I've tacked on a couple hundred more calories eating junk food before bed. I do IF and usually eat at midnight but damn do I need to find a way to still get decent sleep on an empty stomach. I'm not surpassing my TDEE, but I'm bout matching it and it's frustrating af.

Idk I think so? Mostly green leaves and broccoli and stuff with a little chicken or tuna, and Greek yogurt with berries. Rice or sweet potato and beans. You can't isolate fat deposits with excercises. The stomach is just one of the places men have most fat stored, so just keep doing what you've been doing (it's obviously working) and you'll lose it eventually.

Some ppl hit plateaus and start a new strat; keto, IF, more excercise. Could be worth looking into.

I've found that running can help to fulfill AND curb a desire to self-harm and/or punish oneself. It's fucking painful sometimes to keep going and sometimes when you're done it feels like you're gonna die, but once you get a nice shower in it feels like you've been killed and reborn or something.

At the very least it'd be way cheaper than deliberately failing college. Get some comfortable tennies, a gym membership, hit the track and keep running until you stop focusing on hating yourself and start focusing on holy shit I'm running out of oxygen I'm gonna die.

fasting does nothing positive to weight loss.
Im sorry but it doesnt.
For fat to drip off you need to look at diet and activity.
So, you have a fatty early breakfast and protein rich meals at lunch and dinner.
Snack when you are hungry but stay stable ie filled not full, NOT hungry.

All fasting does is teach your body how to retain its fuel unnaturally and therefore you will put weight on to fuck in the future.
Once your body is used to the smaller intake of food it relinquishes your fat stores to let you use them for energy.
Once your body is used to the smaller intake it will use all of it much more efficiently and you wont have problems keeping the weight off.

Guys is calorie counting and calories in and out actually real? I was watching a video about calories the other day and the guys argument was that our metabolisms don't use all the calories in food and actually use them very differently depending on the type of food and how it's cooked so we should just throw calories out the window because they're nowhere near accurate.

I started counting my calories today since I was getting fat. I want to eat 1600 calories per day and maybe go down a bit from there since I just at school, work, and home. I ate a lot of candy for lunch and I had to walk for 30 minutes to have enough calories to eat a piece of bread for dinner...

I've always had pretty good weight control. I was 97 pounds in February. Was 152 on November 30th. I haven't had access to a scale yet but I'm probably down to 115 or 120 at most. I'm 5'4".

Currently 5'11 140, gw is 120 or 125. Just starting thinspo really, tips? I have a calorie counting app downloaded, but not sure what will help keep me from being too hungry/gaining much weight going into the holidays.

Average meal is about 3/4 cup brown rice with half that much beans and some mustard greens. Veggies and carbs vary (e.g. quinoa, or pearled barley) but ratios are similar. Vegetarian for ethical reasons. Breakfast is normally a slice or two of homemade brown bread+banana. I either skip lunch or just have an apple or banana. I really do need advice on binging though--I've been really bad about grabbing treats from vending machines or baked goods at the store and snarfing them all down in like an hour.

Just need to keep yourself occupied and busy, honestly. I do IF, though, and have an easier time not eating till a certain time in my day, then eating one decent (but still healthy) meal.

Also: vegan mtf, make sure you get tofu and soy regularly, it's really good for estrogen production. I'm same height, but you're actually at my goal weight.
