Not sure, might have been an accident. The guy with the European sweater is Steven and though I'm not sure if he actually did that, I wouldn't be surprised. He had agression issues and was always fighting with someone. It's quite surprising how many of those people later moved to Amsterdam. I met some of them coincedentally at parties.
