To overcome that acne I would use a topical 2% salicylic acid, along with a daily cleanser and maybe using an exfoliant like twice a week. For the overbite I would ask how fucked up your teeth are because I had a similar overbite once but after I got my teeth fixed with braces including having a few teeth removed for it my overbite became much less pronounced and looks much better now.Your age could be a factor though into how effective that option is because I was still 15 when it was done.
