Tried making a bowl of sweet potato rice which ended up being around 190 calories and it was impressively filling and pretty tasty too.

Not too bummed tho, my goal is to be around 60 by the end of the year, and I lost those 9kg more rapidly than expected (~2 months).

fruit is pretty good if you're not worried about carbs/sugar (apples are 80-120kcal, bananas are 100-120kcal, a kiwi is 40kcal, 50 blueberries is 50kcal, entire pint of strawberries is 115kcal; fruit and vegetables in general are pretty low-cal) and eggs prepared however are good for protein (80kcal each). fiber one original is low-cal and high-fiber (+ fortified as hell) if you're into cereal (60kcal for half-cup serving + milk) and oatmeal is good and filling too like other anon said (150 kcal for half-cup dry serving though and oatmeal on its own can be bland). plant milks like cashew or almond (i hate soy) are a lot lower cal than dairy milk too if you buy the unsweetened kind and they're fortified with pretty much all the same vitamins. these are the things i eat when i remember to have breakfast.

Me. I'm not going for super thin, I just want to lose a waist size and my belly. I don't have a goal weight in mind. Right now I'm 5'9", 150~ lb. I'm like a 32 waist and I have a fat gut. I have some pants and skirts that are a size too small right now so I just want to fit into those.

I still want to keep my big ol' butt, so I'm going to start doing squats and whatever other booty exercises. I've been cycling too.

I'm not too worried about my tits getting smaller, plus they are still growing anyways.

But I'm worried about getting thinner, because of all the fat redistribution and what not. I've always heard that you want to lose weight before you start HRT and then gain weight to get the fat in the right places.

If I get thin, get down to the waist size I want, can I gain weight again to get the hips and ass but keep my belly from getting bigger? I'm pretty clueless about thinspo stuff though. I've mainly just been watching calories (albeit pretty poorly lately).

It's all in how you carry it I guess. I shoot for being as thin as possible without making my shoulders look too disproportionate. Rn I wear a size 2 for a skirt but a size 6 for a jacket/coat. So there's no reason for me to get a thinner waist because it'd be impossible to find anything that fits.

Does /thinspo/ stretch? I figured since I'm gonna start doing some planks that I might as well start doing a couple stretches as well. I'm already planning on cat/camels, but I was wondering what a couple more general/important/good feeling stretches are since I'm too lazy to stretch everything.

generally if you get mint gum it will help suppress your appetite because food doesnt seem as appealing when your mouth tastes like mint, at least in my experience
sometimes when i'm hungry i take out a piece of gum and it satisfies me for a bit
also chewing a lot of it can help give you a stronger jaw line because you're working those muscles by chewing it

Mtf here. Skellymode probably isn't that nice looking unless you have a great bone structure. What I did the past 6 years of hrt was get really skinny and purposely not build any muscle, then eat a bunch to get a little fat cushion over my bones and then finally do squats and get /fit/. All in all I didn't fluctuate that much, but I'm really happy with my body now.

So yeah, I'm 5'7" and I started at 125 lbs, went down to 110ish and finally up to 130.
