Read the sticky isn't just a meme. It takes a fair amount of time to explain the fundamentals of dieting and exercise and address whatever mistruths the individual poster has coming in. It takes a fair amount of time, and we are bombared 24/7 with people making threads asking for the redpill on shit like weightloss and gains. We've worked hard to create a comprehensive resource for people in need of such knowledge and it's frankly a bit selfish to demand that someone take even more time out of their day to spell it out for you. It's selfish to bump a legitimate thread to make a thread all about you asking questions that we've addressed in the sticky. /fit/ is a welcoming place but it deserves a base level of respect, and it demands as much, via read the sticky.
