I've always been thin and not intentionally so, and I've always liked it, but recently I've lost even more weight from mood disorder + whatnot. My insecurity has been getting worse and worse, and it's probably more due to the disorder than my actual body, but I'm still finding it harder to be shirtless or naked around other people. Just because something has fat doesn't make it fattening, the only thing that's fattening is what you eat over your tdee. That being said they're pretty calorie dense, so eat them, since they are good for you, but not when you're hungry. and always measure them out, don't just blindly eat some, you could easily eat like 500 calories worth

The best filling ones are the ones that have a lot of calories like bananas or mangoes in my opinion... but grapes are pretty awesome for standard low calorie fruits. I used to eat them frozen. It's not really easy because you have to eat so much of it to rack up a lot of calories, but be wary of the sugar content.

A lot of fruit and veggies can make you bloated, too, so don't stress about that.

Post height and weight or even better, a picture so I can help.
Maybe it's all in your head but different frames make different looks. For example having smaller bones in the upper body when compared to the bones in lower body will give the impression of bigger thighs. If you pick two males, same height, same waist, same hips but one has average shoulders and the other has huge ass shoulders, the thighs on the second will appear smaller.

Also it can be caused by the size or angle of trochanter, femur lenght, muscle insertion, lack of big bones in the upper body or maybe it's just in your head. Pretty difficult to tell without a picture or measurements.
