LVC/M&C do nice jeans. Mainline is fine, but really spotty QC. Naked and Famous has done great collabs, but mainline isn't worth it. Nip stuff, like Flathead, orSlow, Sugarcane, Oni, etc, is amazing, but pricey, and only really good for raws. I really like Norse for their fits, but I'd only buy them on sale.

kapital has some weird sizing (their size 32 feels like a 30 on me) but otherwise their basic offerings are solid

Levi's is as good as jeans ever need to be.
Yeah, there are companies that make nicer jeans, but when you're paying 6 times the price for a product that only lasts twice as long, you're wasting money. If you can't look good in Levi's, you aren't gonna look good in anything.

Nudie make decent jeans, with plenty of cuts to choose from. People say that the fit goes to shit after one wash but I haven't experienced that. The only complaint is that if you get dry black jeans or black jeans with "petrol" fades, they fade in a dusty colour and it doesn't look that great.

Naked and Famous do a huge range of good selvedge but a lot of the stuff is a gimmick.

Go with the fit you like most, you're unlikely to find a pair of that terrible jeans, unless you go with something like true religion

I don't think your numbers are right because 510 is skinny.

you start out with 501 as the go to traditional, that button.
the higher the number the skinnier they seem to get.
the the numbers in between are variations, like 506 is 501 with a zip instead of buttons.

just go the the fucking website and pick something you like.

since fags are wanting lightwash, theyre obviously vapourwave fags with no interest in quality denim.
