Leather costs money
You don't get quality leather boots under 100usd

sorry.

This. at least shell out an extra $100 or so for solovair or docs mie line

>> No.11846740

>>11846698
You cant. The bare minimum for a pair of leather boots is at least 100$. Save up your shekels and buy something that is good quality.

>> No.11846747

So are docs the best option for a poorfag then?

>> No.11846755

I guess but do not get the made in China. Seriously man, if you need to save for a little bit longer for the made in England line do it.

>> No.11846801

Thrifting and milsurp is the only way to get any semblance of quality leather under a hundred bucks. Gotta make sure the fit is on point though because it sucks to wear leather boots that are already broken in to someone else's feet

>>11846747
Solovair over docs all day, even if it ends up costing a bit more

>> No.11846810

This solovair is so much better and only a bit pricier

Look for deadstock made in England ones, not the current made in England or made in Thailand/China ones

Are there any decent fake leather boots?

Better question, where can I get boots with similar thin/sleek silhouette as the common project combat boots for UNDER $500.00

Save up some more good boy points and get quality ones, they'll be a better long term investment

surplus or bust
you don't get decent quality from leather boot before around 250-300 mark and most of those look like absolute shit
at 400 you actually have some options, if you are down with buying used with luck you will get something superb

I have a boot related question so I'm gonna post it here and in fuccboi general

So I bought a pair of leather boots probably half a size or more too big (euro sizes)

They are not broken in yet.

When I walk I feel my heel slide up a bit.

Is this normal for not broken in boots or did i fuck up the sizes?

pic unrelated

>> No.11847154

milsurp (maybe idk)

>> No.11847423

>>11847051
So are you saying you bought a half size larger than the actual size of your feet? Like a 10 when you needed a 9.5?

>> No.11847534

>>11847051
just wear thicker socks and you'll be good

>> No.11847600

it sucks that they dont make the regular Doc Martens like they used to

>> No.11847917

>>11847423
yep, something like that.

they seemed good when I was buying them

but when I was walking earlier today I felt the heel sliding as I walked

>>11847534
thanks, I'm not really used to wearing boots
