At least buy some beef jerky. Practically all of its calories come from brotein, which is a) good for you and b) takes a lot of calories to metabolize, I think 30% again of its caloric value. Good, clean jerky is a sin-free snack.

Alternatively, I dunno. You could put the jerky on a plate and add a little water so it soaks a little and softens up. That'd take a bit, but it should work. If you don't like seasonings, just get it natty. It's kinda like dehydrated ham.

I think IF is less about masochism and more about the fact that some people just prefer feeling full after a meal.

I know a girl who has been skinny all her life despite mediocre eating habits because she picks at food and hates feeling full so all her meals are small. Conversely, I'm a former fatty who was so used to feeling completely stuffed at the end of any meal that I had to realize bloating myself isn't necessarily a good idea after every meal. IF was a good way to start losing weight without letting go of feeling stuffed, though. I really hate being skinny. It's my single greatest insecurity.

Over the summer I got a gym membership and personal trainer and put on a few pounds. I was in the gym 3 times a week working my ass off and eating as much food as possible. For the first time in a really long time, I felt "normal".

Once college started up again I lost all my time to go to the gym and I'm lucky to make it there once a week. And eating enough food to maintain it? forget about it. There isn't enough time to prepare all of it, and it's unjustifiably expensive to eat 4000 calories and 200g of protein a day on my college budget. What little increase in mass I had is withering away and there's nothing I can do about it. All of the new friends I made with my new found confidence (which is also going away) are probably thinking i'm going sick or starving myself.

Okay so, first things first, I'm a lazy bastard who hates to buy shit with a best by date measured in days, not years, so I exclusively operate this shit on frozen veggies, I usually use pic related. Not very /ck/ I know but it works out.

What you need: 200gr of (frozen) veggies, four egg whites (I use 100g of liquid egg whites in a bottle for this because I don't want to waste the yellows), an onion, some garlic (both of the latter to match your own taste), some lean ham (no fat streaks, I use Black Forest Ham but I'm in Germany, so again, adapt this to your environment).

Chop up the onion and the garlic, dice the ham. Crack and divide the eggs if you're using regular ones.

You heat the pan to absolute max and chuck it in. (I use a cast iron pan so I naturally add some oil, depending on your pan you should adjust.) You closely watch. The frozen veggies let out a lot of water, as soon as the water starts to evaporate away you turn the pan down to mid- mid-high heat (My stove goes from 0 to 6. I do the first stage on 6, the second on 4). At this point, add the onion and the ham. Stir regularly, you want the veggies to fry nicely from all sides. This brings out the sweetness in veggies like carrots.

When the veggies start to look like they're almost done and nicely fried from all sides, add the garlic. Garlic burns easy so I prefer to add it at the very end. Stir it around a few more times (20 seconds tops) and then pour in the eggs. Take it off the heat and stir some more so the egg spreads in the veggies while hardening. If there's not enough heat left in the pan and the egg seems to stay liquid, put it back on the heat for a short moment and then take it off again.

That's it! Can be used to stretch any meal. I like it as a sort of snack too.

I think it depends on your level of activity in the morning, and what you ate the night before. I generally find it the easiest when went to bed not too long after a small meal with healthy carbs, or if I fucked up and binged so I hate myself.
If you have a physically demanding job, I'd recommend stopping eating earlier in the day and having breakfast so you have energy for work. If you just get hungry, drink water/coffee/tea instead of eating

It was supposed to make more pre-cum, but that didn't work. Maybe I didn't take enough, I only went for 100mg (I see it sold as up to 500mg, but the guide I used said to take 100mg). I never made much precum anyways, so, maybe if someone did they'd get more benefit from it.

Go to fruits and veggies, or homemade (sugar free) oatmeal. If you eat empty calories like crackers or whatever, it just triggers your brain to signal you're still hungry. Fruits and veggies give you nutrients so you'll feel more satisfied, and oatmeal expands in your stomach making you feel full (+fibre and it's good for you)

Nuts hold you over longer than a quick carb like cheerios or something. They are dense, but, they work a lot better. I was hesitant also. But 10 almonds is like 70 calories, so have to be careful but really if it holds you over for a two hours that's pretty damn good. It just takes the edge off. Versus with Cheerios or something it helps for a shorter period of time for the same calories.
