yes, but there is such a thing as good/bad looking leg hair. It also has to match your other features at least somewhat (mostly, please no dense, straight black hair on the members of skinny, baby-faced guys)

My leg hair isn't too dense and about the same as my arm hair. Unfortunately am baby faced, facial hair takes ages to grow out and stops after a certain point looking like crap.
