ok ex-145 kg anon here, i feel like I could help obese chans to become ana chans, so I want to show love and support you so we can become together skinny. no one here could tell me how much weight you can lose by consuming nothing but water so I instead decided to just gradually lessen my calorie intake from 800 to 700 in a 3 months span (I'll have a goal and I'll lose weight anyways) and so far I am doing good. yesterday I ate 820, today I ate 600 calories so far and I am lacking today a bit carbs so I'll eat berries for dinner. at this point doing it for aesthetics seems pointless lel! desu, I don't care so much for the skelly body anymore and I wish I could stay "a healthy weight" while doing this as its much more fun to just be able to control your calorie intake but eh, I guess in a few months I'll have an effay body so thats noice.(1)

My stomach has been shrinked and I don't get hunger pains anymore, i actually do enjoy making and eating food. I will get sad when I reach my calorie intake goal (200) because then I cant eat shit, but I'll take supplements to make up lost vitamins and nutrients. I used to have an american diet (think 4k calories) but I shrinked my stomach and desire for hunger and if there are any fellow fatties who want to know how I lost 45+ kg (possibly more) in 3 months or got rid of my pig behaviour, ask me anything. Well I still binge desu, but I don't binge a lot. (think 500 calorie binge - and that's dinner). If it doesn't exceed my calorie intake I try to have a walnut every day btw. Even if it exceeds my calories just a bit, walnuts are so damn healthy. I eat almost every day fish or meat cooked without oil so I get nice skin and no muscle aches after working out (I am pretty active, and I don't always count it - but it's not weird that I burn over 4000 calories in total almost every day). Ugh, so much effort and I am still not where I want to be, but tbqh I have the shittiest starting point lol.
I dont have a scale but today i will stand on the scale, so interesting for me to know how much weight i lost since i last stood on the scale. (2)

Btw the best tip I can give you is to not fear potatoes! if you crave carbs, chips, fries etc... baked potatoes on a greaseproof paper without oil is the best shit ever. Do serve with low calorie ketchup. try to cook forever without oil and use low calorie seasonings for vegetables, but for these potatoes salt and maybe pepper is enough. Yesterday I saw a bag of chips and I thought "on my birthday I'll cheat with potato chips", but for breakfast I had 137 grams of potatoes and guess what...the calories are only 119!
Also if you decide to have an extremely low calorie intake, do not drink milk (technically you can as long if you dont exceed it), I advice you to eat yoghurt (fills you more). Do add some berries, a walnut (crunchy and healthy) and a bit of oatmeal to the yoghurt. Measure everything, count every calorie.

If you're like me a fat whore, definitely exercise a lot. Noobies who get hunger pains after 6 hours of fasting should drink lots of 0 calorie coffee and 0 calorie energy drink and 0 calorie chewing gum, but I recommend extreme dental hygiene (especially flossing) and sugar free chewing gum for all of you, stinky breaths. Celery is gross as shit and tastes like salty sweat but if you like it you could eat it a lot, its a great hummus dip and its great for nice poopies.
Sorry for the long post (that's what you get when you isolate yourself from everyone), I do want to warn you that you will cry a lot during this diet but keep in mind you as a fatty prior this restricting diet were already miserable but its just that the food comforted you. Until you look in the mirror and see a gross hambeast. Also, people around you will find you annoying and crazy, but just dont say a word and control yourself (unfortunately I can speak from experience). As for the fatties who have fat parents who stuff you with food, isolate yourself. But don't be rude to them. While the rest of your environment finds you annoying because of your behaviour that results from this diet you need your parents the most lol.

And as for your second question, it depends on a variety of things. Most people say losing weight slowly reduces loose skin but I think that's broscience and it has more to do with how young you are, since I lost 60 lbs in less than a year back when I was 15 and I have no loose skin. Granted that's not a huge amount and it wasn't super quick, but young 15 year old skin has a lot more vitality compared to if your 30+ and you're losing 50lbs+. Best you can do is lose it, hope for the best, get a smidge of muscle definition, and resort to surgery if all else fails.

If you're going to eat 1300 calories, which is what you need to be eating, you need to eat healthy food with a lot of nutrition. Chicken, veggies, small servings of fruit. Check the Model Diet in the OP, it has good suggestions. Eat like that. And cum is low cal and highly nutritious, if you were wondering.

You might consider intermitted fasting, which would mean you'd eat just twice per day. Say eat at noon and 6pm. It works well and since you are used to eating like that, it might be a good fit for you. Read up on that.

You can also ask on /ck/ for some healthy recipes, or just lurk there. I usually can find some help on there inbetween the shitposting.
