How do I form a compromise between not giving a fuck about what I look like/wearing what is most comfortable for me, and not being lazy? I'm the most pale person I know. My skin burns really easily in the summer. This isn't exactly a problem anymore because winter is coming but on winter my skin gets really dry.

I'm definitely over thinking for sure. A pair of Levis are more background, you see them but you don't notice them. If I wear a skirt, which I never do, it's something that will be greatly noticed. Is it acceptable to wear underlayer as a shirt? I do Muay Thai and the instructor barely has any airflow in the gym.
