Id lose the jacket if you have a decent dress shirt that works well with the tie, also depends what the job interview is for.
But for most anything a dress shirt and formal pants/shoes will work great when paired with some confidence.

I'm seriously not trying to be mean here but the color of your hair and the color of your skin look awful together. You have decent enough facial aesthetics from what I can see that a buzzcut or shaved head wouldn't look bad at all. But the strawberry blonde just makes you look red, which makes you look nervous, which makes you look like someone I wouldn't hire. Also, the jacket is a little too big. Rest of fit looks decent and appropriate though. Like someone else said, dress a notch above what you think their dress code is.
