Go to your nearest running store and find out what type of shoes you need. Neutral vs stability. Asics gel cumulus is a good running shoe if you need an idea of what to look for.
And of course yeezys look fine for wearing/walking around for daily use

Depends what you need it for.

I like them as they at least meet in the middle of form and function. It's more old school, what with the abundance of cotton/poly blends and a lack of true waterproofing, but the gear itself is fairly durable and can be waxed for a decent level of protection. I've had good luck with their winter stuff, but I'd never trust them for rain gear.

Brands that make nicely cut pants out of good technical fabrics? Preferably water resistant.

I know your usual Outlier/Arcteryx and whatnot, looking for things that are in the usual list, or if you've found any particular pair of pants to be really good.

Arc'Teryx Pemberton pants are fucking amazing- they're not super water resistant unless you give em a spray of that WR shit they sell on their site, but they breathe really well, stretch nicely, have a good relaxed but slim fit, and have drawstrings at the hems so you can hike them up. They're also pretty light and pack small, so they're great as hiking/rock climbing pants
