When it comes to deciding your "activity level" for your TDEE, I'm pretty confused.

I do shit like calisthenics and yoga most days, but I've heard when it comes to burning calories - neither really does much.
But when I change the activity level from couch potato to "light exercise a few times a week", it looks like it's severely overestimating my burned calories from exercise.

I think I'll just leave it to couch potato regardless of how active I am.

So in the last two days I have only drank water and eaten one of these with some ham only.

This is very unusual for me as I am a 6ft1 male who isn't even skinny, I weigh 176 lbs used to weigh far more, but I've been losing successfully.

I don't even feel hungry, is this dangerous? Should I eat something? I know starving yourself isn't great but I haven't done it before and it's "only" been two days.
The only thing that feels odd is that my stomach feels like it's tight, like it's flexing, you know?

So the last couple weeks I was super bloated and had been thinking that I had just gained weight (my stomach was bulging out a good bit). So my goal had been 120, but now I'm thinking that's unnecessary. Should I stay at this weight instead (like 125ish). I'm 6 feet tall by the way. Oh and don't mind the slight chesticles. After learning about nutritional values and CICO, the weight was easy to drop. So was the, "if it fits I'll wear it" clothing attitude.

I have no excuse for for the 'during' look, unfortunately.

I'm 116 lbs at 5'7" right now.
Pardon the state of my room, I'm still moving in.

Probably a mix. My friend is a photographer and it is amazing how lighting can change how people look. He'll use these honeycomb things for some shoots to give people really directional lighting which makes guys look like they are stronger and in better shape / gives them more structure. He'll use really soft clamshell lighting to make women look softer and younger.

Greens are great for this. Keep a huge tub of spinach around. You'll be full way before you can consume even 50cal of the stuff in one go.
Tons of veggies work as well: broccoli, mushrooms, etc. All low sugar, high protein, low cal.
I'm personally fond of unseasoned popcorn as well. There's a local organic brand I buy that's 28 cal per cup, Great snack. Satisfying and pretty guilt free.

I started keto this week and its been going well ish. definitely making me more aware of my diet and my daily calorie count is a lot lot lower. Ive been good about avoiding carbs and i dont even really miss them or crave them. ive been able to avoid any temptation etc.

only problem is that i went out with friends last night and drank wayyy too much like 10 drinks at least, can't really remember. i woke up this morning and felt like i was going to die.

lost 8lbs this week, haven't been doing much exercise other than dog walking and the walking that comes with my 4 hour commute 4 days a week

mostly just been counting calories and staying under 1000, would go under 800 but I've found personally my body shuts down when I do that and it doesn't help me lose weight, actually if anything it makes me gain weight because my body thinks I'm starving and near death.

Also it sounds really basic but if you only have foods that are nutritious in the house, you will eat them. I buy fruits and vegetables and staples like eggs and yogurt and I know I get peckish so I'll get like one bag of pretzels or rice cakes for when I crave it and don't feel like cooking. I'll put them at the back of a tall shelf so they are hard to get to and I keep the fruit and vegetables out. I'm forgiving with myself so if I want more snacks I don't put limits on that, but the extra effort of having to leave my home with the intent of getting more snacks is a hassle
