Yeah I posted it and realised the wording. Of course I meant the fat that makes me uncomfortable. Also I'm doing bodyweight execises already so I'd probably just up the calories a bit when I'm happy with my body.

My number one priority right now is to lose the skinny fat look so I need to lose the fat. After that I'll see how happy I am with my body. I don't necessarily want ottermode but something between skeleton and it.

A BMI of 14 is actually mortal on women, and requires hospitalization, and everything below 15.5 is playing death with your organs, and the chemestry of your brain. I will say that from 15.5-16.9 is acceptable (if you take your vitamin supplements and have your veggies); most of models have those BMI and still ovulate.

I've found that a large apple almost always fills me up. Celery wears out my jaw and fills me up, but it's not super tasty. Grapes are super yummy and they satisfy that part of me that wants to snack.
Of course coffee, water and cigs (although I haven't smoked in 3 days and hope to take a good month off) help to keep hunger down.

True. But do you realize how different tap water can taste in different building? My tap water comes from a well and tastes fantastic but depending on the source and individual filters or pipes, the taste can change drastically.

Coke Zero has phosphoric acid in it for a start. But really you should be skeptical of any zero calories drink because there are some chemicals in there that are giving it its taste. They may seem harmless now but wait 30 years and watch some horrible things happen to people who subjected themselves to those chemicals for years. There might be nothing wrong but I'd rather not be a test subject.

Drink water, coffee, unsweetened fruit juice, milk, coconut water or tea. Squeeze a lemon in your water for some flavor or just include a beverage with calories in it in your plan. Those zero cal drinks are not worth the risk. Even when someone smokes cigarettes, at least you know what your getting into.

That was specifically tailored to that anon, who said he/she was on a strict ketosis diet. If you're in ketosis mode, you need to be super low carb throughout the day. ~20g of carbs or less is ideal. Anything above that and your body will transition back to using sugars for energy instead of breaking down fat, which wouldn't be the end of the world if it didn't take 2-3 days for your body to fully readjust to keto again after one day of missteps.

This is the main reason why I don't really do keto and instead stick to low carb (but still plenty above 20g/day). For a normal, well-rounded diet, that number shouldn't spook you.

I think what helped me was realizing that every time you eat, 5 minutes after the fact you will feel the same if you ate 10 sticks of celery and water vs a burger and coke, except the difference is 500 calories. If you don't already try getting the "lose it" app and tracking EVERYTHING you eat, which really helped encourage me to stay on track.

I'm not perfect either, though. I'd been dieting without cheating even once until today when I had a spicy Chick-Fil-A sandwich. It was good, but after not eating junk for a long time, I wasn't as satisfied by it as I had hoped. And it put me 500 calories back despite it not being very filling at all. Since keto diet is a lot of protein, so you shouldn't be hungry very often and should stay full for longer, nor should you have energy problems (especially if you have a higher body fat content). Actually you get way more energetic in ketosis than normal, for some it can even fuck up their sleep if you restrict too much (it does for me if I eat less than 20 g a day), and also you don't experience blood sugar dips throughout the day, which also helps. Keto is ideally high fat/medium protein (unless you're doing heavy workout), since too much protein converts into glucose. It's best you read up on it before starting though. For example, your body excretes more electrolytes/salts than normally (and doesn't hold onto water like it does on high carb), so you need to make sure you increase both salt and water intake. Otherwise you'll experience keto flu.

Anyway, forgot to mention, if you don't wanna completely swap diets, it's worth trying to just increase calorie intake by 100 at a time until you don't experience so much hunger all the time/aren't tempted to go on binges.

Distraction. Stay busy. Staying busy is absolutely key for me. On days where I don't have much to do, I eat way more.

Sorry for bad grammar. I feel that its odd and unnecessary to point out people negatively for dress style. The body doesn't bother me and I feel that its childish to be uncomfortable with skin ( I can only imagine people making fun of others for wearing skimpier clothing because of this reason, connecting skin covered to people slept with and all). Even if you do believe its true that their whores then whats the relevance? Its like calling out nurse to everyone wearing a scrub.

On topic I have been getting into these types of workouts. I picked up drawing to keep busy as well and I plan on going to a animal shelter twice a week to volunteer for a few hours since I'm out of work. I feel that telling people before hand about my schedule will help a ton. I'll go to places(volunteer) and say I'll spend 4 hours there so I don't have to worry about binge cause I have a promise to keep which I notified others of.

not sure senpai, but for sure skip purging in the future - it's not very efficient and a lot of the calories get absorbed quickly. Only get about a 20% reduction, which, to me, isn't worth the puking.

I'm not sure about the periods (not female), but I will say I've noticed with my body that it takes a long time to adapt to different bodyfat percents and weights. So, give it some time, it likely won't come right back.
