i do list what i'm going to eat the night before to make sure i'll hit all my macros and still stay under my cal limit. mostly making decisions like "if i have an avocado tomorrow, don't have any almonds, or you'll hit your calorie limit and be short on protein for the day" because, like you said, i don't want to have to think about what to eat when i'm hungry. i have my list of things to eat for the day and just have to decide what i eat and when... making sure i don't consume all my calories too early in the day and feeling famished at 6pm and fighting temptation until bed.

Chin ups and pullups will predominately work their back and bi's. Also, although I deadlift I don't advise anyone who wants a model-tier body to do it. There are easier ways.

Instead, I suggest focusing on all muscle groups (except legs) at a 8 - 12 rep range. To add size.

WeightLifting can be very overwhelming at first, and the problem is compounded by the fact that most of us have gym-anxiety. Hell, most of us have social anxiety in general, including me.

So I advise you to only lift three days a week but learn the basics before college starts up, that way you can go to the uni-gym with some knowledge.

As for cardio you can include it, but I didn't do any cardio for my before and after photo's. Maintaining a solid diet is much more important in that regard.

Much of having a good ass is genetics. But there are some exercises you can do.

I definitely recommend cardio, in particular high intensity interval training (HIIT). If that sounds too daunting, just do some regular sprints, any type of cardio where you're running fast for a short period of time. (The opposite of marathon runners who look more skeleton like) You want a sprinters lower body.

As for the weightlifting portion I recommend romanian deadlifts (again this is a bit daunting). Contrary to popular belief squatting is a subpar way to get a good bum, rather you should look to target your hamstrings and glutes ( without working your quads). Machines are your friends so any type of hamstring work you can find on a machine is great; good-mornings are another great hamstring exercise, there's a reason why I've solely seen women do this exercise at the gym.

I think it's only important for diabetes. For a healthy person it doesn't really matter, since your insulin will naturally take care of the sugar and carbs. From what I've read high glycemic stuff will spike your blood sugar, while low glycemic stuff will raise it slower. But in the end it's the same amount of carbs, only difference is timing. So for someone with normal insulin levels the end result is the same.

Carrots, celery, bamboo and other veges that's mostly water.

Shirataki is a noodle that close to no calories as it's all indigestible fiber and protein. Konnyaku is the block form. I suggest staying away from the kuro/black versions as they contain seaweed that gives them a gritty texture and fishy smell. Just remove them from their package and wash them off boil to heat and use a low calorie sauce of your choice. They have no flavor of their own and is meant to sponge whatever you use. I usually eat them in a bit of soy sauce.

Instant miso is also a good choice as it's a want liquid that fills you slightly more than coffee. 25-35 calories in a serving depending on the brand.

Nori sheets are 10 calories each and it's mostly dietary fiber and the tiniest bit of protein. You can eat this with water and it'll slightly bloat up in your stomach. A much better alternative to chips.

Sugar free Jell-O. Is low calorie dessert. So is arctic zero which is an ice cream substitute at 135 calories per pint.

And finally with enough self-control. Any high calorie healthy snack can be eaten with moderation to keep under your caloric allotment. Eating different things will satisfy your macronutrient needs leaving you less hungry and bored.

I've basically been doing the paleo diet (so google that to find more). I know it's faddish but it's easier to stick to something when it's already well laid out like that. I cut out all dairy, carbs, and processed sugars. The only sugar I eat now comes from fruits but I even eat those pretty sparingly. I don't work out because my job already has me walking and lifting things for about 7 hours every other day. Also I make an effort to drink a lot more water to help suppress my appetite a bit.

If you live with your parents and can't control what they bring into the house, it will be hard. You have to get out of the habit of going into the kitchen, opening the fridge, opening the pantry, looking for something to eat. If you follow this diet, you will realize after a week that you're not hungry very often.

It is possible to do a super lazy version of keto with no cooking, by just making microwaveable things or getting fast food eggs/bacon/sausage a la carte or burgers without buns.

I wasn't skinnier than her, every single one of my measurements was greater than her's, I had far more muscle mass, but she didn't see that. I made her the foods she loved, I ate huge portions compared to her to the point I felt sick so she would feel like she ate very little. We abstained from almost six months, because she didn't want me to see her nude. I would save the dead batteries from the scale and change them out when she bought new ones, to detour her.

The last time I saw her in person, the last time we were ever together, it was a good day: she skipped out of bed in just her panties and kissed me on the cheek as I was heading out to work. I watched her silouette glide across the room, like she was in ballet again. She stopped at the scale, stood all 5'10 of herself straight up, and stepped on.
