It may just stop after that spot got completely bald though. Does your hair get thinner at other parts of your head? Crown?

I had a similar situation at 20, though, besides the peak, my hair was loosing ground all over the top of my head.

Just get on fin, literally up there in the top decisions I ever made. And this is coming from someone who took accutane also and got pretty bad side effects. Been on fin for about 7 months, hair is wayyyy better and literally no sides other than very slight decrease in libido, which I actually don't consider bad, since I was jacking off like 3 times a day before. been on fin for about 6 months and it's DEFINITELY improving. i'm getting growth in areas that were thin and the hair in the non-thinning parts is thicker and fuller as well.
