this is impossible, i eat my food practically already packaged therefore calories are 99% accurate. i dont even eat for pleasure, i fucking force myself to eat and will feel like exploding just by eating a bowl of oatmea, i am basically eating a vegetarian diet because meat is too fucking expensive and my diet consists of protein shakes, a banana and a bowl of oatmeal. i drink atleast 2-3 liters of water a day, not counting the caffeine i consume from coffee.

someone please tell me probiotics make you hold water and the 2 liters of water i drank before going to the gym are the sensation i feel on my abdominal area and not from the cardio i did.

its prepackaged in the sense that it grew out of the ground and ended up in my house without being prepared, so i actually almost dont eat any sodium other than what the plant had

If you want to have great cardiovascular condition while looking like a hungry skelly I'd recommend picking road cycling up.
Look at this guy for example, a knighted gentleman who has won pretty much everything there is to win in cycling. at 6ft3 he could model for SLP all day and not skip a day in training. Don't be afraid of exercise. Just focus on endurance-based training and you'll pretty much get smaller instead of bulking up.

Has anyone tried kombucha? Its a fermented tea, basically like sparkling apple juice but barely any sugar/calories and lots of health benefits. It ups your metabolism, and I like to drink it in the morning instead of breakfast, or after meals when I've eaten too much. This is coming from recovered anorexic. If you want to lose weight fast, you have to eat about 500 cal a day, drink normal amount of water but drink fuckload of cofe. You shouldnt exercise a lot. I actually thought about also mentioning that most of the best fits I've seen have been on people who are "normal" weight for the lack of better term.
I feel like the sorta internet culture that makes those pics with text on top of them about skinny being beautiful gives people just plain skewed view about what looks good. Like you see those pics and read the texts enough time and you start to believe them. No one really ever posts actual fits on these threads which made me assume it's about just "looking good"

You can't really choose where you lose the fat, it just happens, though light cardio for long periods of time helps with legs in my experience. As long as you aren't running your legs won't get bulky, even jogging isn't enough for that. Since I've been walking an hour every morning my thighs have become drastically smaller.
